What is your MOQ?

Can I mix sizes and colors?

Can I start with a small trial order?

Yes. We support small trial orders for selected projects so brands can test styles before scaling production.

Sampling & Development

How long does sampling take?

Sampling usually takes 7–14 days depending on style complexity, fabric availability, and customization details.

Do you support custom samples?

Yes. We can review projects based on tech packs, reference photos, original samples, or clear product requirements.

Do I need to provide a tech pack?

A tech pack is helpful, but not always required for the first discussion. You can also send reference photos, fabric ideas, size requirements, and target quantity.

Bulk Production

Production timeline and order planning after sample approval.

What is your bulk production lead time?

Bulk production is usually around 30 days after sample approval and order confirmation.

What may affect production time?

Fabric sourcing, print or embroidery work, packaging customization, order quantity, and approval speed may affect the final timeline.

Do you provide production updates?

Yes. We can provide updates during key stages such as material preparation, production, quality checking, packing, and shipment.

Payment Terms

Deposit, balance payment, and accepted payment methods.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you require a deposit?
